The price is an estimate based on the scope described on the booking form. If your actual requirements differ, or change while the project runs, the total is revised and you approve the new figure before the extra work is started. You are never charged more than you have agreed to in writing.

How much do I pay to book, and what does it cover?

The booking deposit is 50% of the project total. It reserves your slot in the schedule and goes toward the final invoice rather than being a separate fee. The balance is invoiced when the agreed scope is delivered.

How do I pay?

Payments are made online over QR Ph, so you can pay from GCash, Maya, ShopeePay or any bank app in the Philippines using a single QR code. A 5% transaction fee is added to the deposit to cover the cost of processing the payment, and is shown to you before you confirm.

What is not included in the quoted price?

Domain registration and hosting are not included. Both are billed directly to you by the provider you choose, so you own the accounts and can cancel at any time. A rush surcharge is also separate where you need a faster start.

Do you offer faster delivery?

Yes. Choosing an urgent timeline adds a 10% rush surcharge to the project total. It is a scheduling surcharge, because short-notice work displaces other booked projects.

Can you build AI features with my own provider and API key?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AI work is built against whichever provider you already use, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Groq, OpenRouter, or a self-hosted model through Ollama. You keep the API key and pay the provider directly, so the ongoing model cost stays under your control rather than being bundled into the build fee.

You pick a service and a timeline, pay the deposit to reserve the slot, and receive a written scope before any work starts. Work is then built against that scope, and you get the deployment, documentation and handover described in the service listing.
